返金ポリシー
Returns Due to Customer Preferences
We do not accept returns based on customer preferences.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at quest@questntl.com. We will evaluate the issue and respond appropriately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 16 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at quest@questntl.com.

破損および問題
注文の受領時に商品を確認し、商品に欠陥がある場合や破損している場合、または間違った商品をお受け取りになった場合はquest@questntl.com までお問い合わせください。問題を評価して適切に対処いたします。
返金
返品が受領され、検査が行われたらお知らせいたします。また、返金が承認される否かもお知らせいたします。承認された場合、10営業日以内に元の決済方法で自動的に返金されます。
なお、送料は返金対象外となります。
銀行またはクレジットカード会社が返金を処理し、支払われるまでには時間がかかる場合があります。
